How much tax do I need to pay?
The Municipal, Provincial, and Federal Governments all provide valuable services to the people of this nation.
In virtue of this, Raghu Jewellers must also collect taxes on behalf of the Government.
Taxation rates will vary depending on the location of the buyer and these taxes will be remitted to the buyers’ respective government.

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping and insurance fees are calculated individually for each order based on location and total order value. All shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery. .
How is my jewellery packaged for shipping?
- We take great care to ensure your jewellery item reaches you safely and beautifully presented. Each item is first placed in an elegant Raghu Jewellers box.
- If you have selected the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout, the jewellery box will receive an additional layer of premium gift wrapping, making it perfect for gifting.
- For added securing during transit, the jewellery box is then carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap and securely placed inside our shipping box/bag. This layered packaging helps prevent damage and ensures your item remains safe throughout delivery.
How is my jewellery insured during transit?
All orders placed with Raghu Jewellers are shipped fully insured by Fedex or with the Canada Post. All shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery.
Customers may also ship orders to courier pickup locations, where your signature will be required upon pick up. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged shipments if you have instructed your package to be left without a signature, or if you have made arrangements for your package to be left with a neighbour, building superintendent or other party.
*Please note, once the shipment is signed for at the customers’ listed shipping address, the package will then be considered fully delivered and is no longer the responsibility of Raghu Jewellers.
Raghu Jewellers will not ship any order to a Post Office box. Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer.

How long will my delivery take?
Your order will be processed and shipped typically within 4-5 business days of your payment being cleared by Raghu Jewellers.
Please note- our shipping department does not ship orders on Fridays to avoid packages sitting in courier warehouses over weekends and/or holidays.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your shipment’s tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Due to high value and security requirements of our jewellery items, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safe and secure receipt of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally as our operations are currently limited to Canada. .

How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your shipment’s tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Interac e-Transfers sent to raghujewellers@hotmail.com
We also offer the option to pay by cash or debit upon in-store pickup for customers residing in Ontario. At this time, e-Transfer is the most commonly used and preferred method of payment for us.
How do I know my order was successful?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and product details. After your payment has been processed, our operations team will contact you via email to confirm the payment.
The final step is shipping. Once your item has been securely packaged and prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. We ensure that our customers are notified at every stage of the process to keep them fully informed.

I have a Coupon Code, where can I apply it?
When you are ready to check out, you will see a section prompting you to enter a coupon code. Please ensure the code is entered exactly as it was provided to you in order for it to be applied correctly.
How can I acquire a coupon?
You may obtain a coupon through the following methods:

Save Raghu Jewellers’ Whatsapp contact to your phone and regularly check our Whatsapp stories, where coupon codes are also posted

Can I return my purchase?
Due to the high value and nature of our 22k gold jewellery, as well as hygiene and authenticity considerations, we are unable to accept returns. This ensures that every piece you receive is secure, genuine, and in perfect condition. We encourage customers to reach out with any questions before purchasing, so you can shop with confidence.
Can I exchange my purchase with something else?
- We do offer exchanges on products within 10 days of purchase, however please note that should our product inspector find wear & tear on the returned products, Raghu Jewellers holds all rights in withholding exchange credits.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot exchange on nose rings, nose pins, earrings, and ear studs

Can I purchase an item from the virtual appointment?
Yes, you can. If you find a jewellery item you like during your consultation and wish to proceed with a purchase, simply inform the Raghu Jeweller’s representative, who will be happy to assist you in completing your purchase smoothly and efficiently.

What does karat mean?
Karat refers to the purity of the gold, indicating the proportion of pure gold in a jewellery piece. The higher the carat the gold content and richness of the metal.
How do I know that the gold purity is accurate?
Every jewellery item is hallmarked that indicates its purity. In most of our product images, you will see the "22K” or “916” hallmark engraved on the jewellery, certifying its purity.
How do I care for 18k or 22k jewellery?
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your 22K Jewellery
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or a jewellery box to prevent scratches
- Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, moisture
- If you clean, ensure to clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- For professional cleaning, which is recommended every six months, you may visit any of our physical locations. If you do not reside in Ontario, you may also have your jewellery services at a trusted local jeweller.
Can I see the piece via video before it ships?
Our virtual consultation allows you to view your item before shipping. To do this, please book a virtual
consultation and our representative will assist you.
Do you also sell silver jewellery?

How do I care for my silver jewellery?
To keep your silver jewellery looking its best:
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratching and tarnishing
- Avoid exposing to moisture, chemicals, perfumes or lotions which can accelerate discoloration
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and for pieces that have tarnished, use a silver polishing cloth or mild silver cleaner
- For professional cleaning, which is recommended every six months, you may visit any of our physical locations. If you do not reside in Ontario, you may also have your jewellery services at a trusted local jeweller.
Do you offer repair services?
- Yes, we do offer repair services. We kindly request you either bring the item to our physical store or showcase the item through a virtual consultation so we can assess its condition and determine the necessary repairs.
- For jewellery purchased from us, repair services are complimentary, except in cases where additional gold is required to complete the repair; in such cases, only the cost of the gold will be charged.
- For jewellery not purchased from us, repair charges apply based on the complexity of the work and the material required. Our team ensures that all repairs are performed with the highest level of care and craftsmanship.
