Please note that as these are custom pieces of jewellery, they will take time to craft. You can anticipate that your item will be shipped within 7 business from the time of confirmation.
Create Your Own Returns
For Create your own orders, should the buyer contact us regarding cancelling the order within the first business day of confirmation there will be a 100% refund. Should the buyer choose to cancel production after the first business day, they will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Once the item is fully made and shipped, we do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind.
